This is my fourth M-B purchase and the last three have been with RBM and Eric. Though Mercedes is an outstanding automobile, the reason I continuously return is because of outstanding salesmanship and cu been with RBM and Eric. When/if he leaves/retires, my business will probably go elsewhere as well. (My first M-B purchase was with another local southside dealership. They did not earn my future business.) I have always liked and respected Eric and my wife made an intersting observation during our most recent purchase. She said the two of us were a lot alike. Maybe, but Eric is not only a good salesperson, but he is likeable as well. He also has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of all that is Mercedes, the company as well as the vehicles, past, present, and future. I have always had my vehicles by the dealership (no matter which brand I owned), and the service center at RBM is top notch as well. As long as Eric can provide my sales needs, I will return for any future M-B purchases. More

This was my second experience purchasing a Mercedes from RBM and the first Certified Pre-Owned. I was hesitant to purchase a used vehicle but Stephen Cavanaugh explained the process of how RBM certifies a RBM and the first Certified Pre-Owned. I was hesitant to purchase a used vehicle but Stephen Cavanaugh explained the process of how RBM certifies a vehicle and that made me feel very comfortable purchasing the car. After a previous purchase from Jerry Peek, I wouldn't have gone anywhere else but RBM. Both Stephen and Jerry were patient and spent alot of time making sure all my questions were answered and to make sure I understood how the vehicles features operated during delivery. It has always been my experience to be treated with courtesy and respect in dealing with RBM. More

Steve was very responsive and easy to deal with. I only learned of the neumber that was imputed for the value of my trade in when I spoke to the finance/leasing guy- that could have been handled better by being explicitly dealt with up front. More
My relationship with RBM goes back to 1974 when they were located on Pharr Road in Buckhead. RBM is one of the few reasons I venture outside of the Perimeter Highway (I-285). Charlie has been my Salesman for the past 11 years and I have purchased three cars from him. The fact that Charlie has become a friend sums up my opinion of him. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I just purchased a 2012 and was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours, including the test drives and paperwork. I continue to give very high marks to Charlie and my long time Service Advisor, Don Mackay. More

I recently purchased a 2012 C250 Coupe from RBM (Which I love!)and again Steve and the Staff made me feel comfortable and educated me on all my options from beginning to end! No pressure to make a decision quickly, all paperwork and numbers were explained, and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. we own a CLK that was purchased from RBM. With an appointment made in advance took it in for brake lining service. They kept the vehicle for 2 days to do this simple job. They called back to attemp appointment made in advance took it in for brake lining service. They kept the vehicle for 2 days to do this simple job. They called back to attempt to upsell a brake fluid flush (don't think necessary), plus another part (don't remember specific, but likely not needed either). Then they called back later to say some bolt on the airbag was loose and they would need to take it apart tighten then re-install airbag (sounds fishy huh). Well we refused. They say airbar will likely deploy while driving in about 2000 miles(guess we will see). Since the car was purchased there, we have rights to free courtesy car. When we returned the courtesy car, they claimed that the front wheel was damaged and charged an extra $150.00. We did not damage the wheel. Well RBM, will be purchasing another MB soon, but it wont be from RBM. More

This is our first Mercedes but will not be our last now that we've seen the customer service provided by Steve and the RBM dealership!
