We have worked with Jerry since 1997 when we made our first Mercedes purchase; and this was our 5th Mercedes purc & service deparment at RBM Atlanta. Jerry is extremely technically knowledgeable about all the cars, attentive to his customer needs, as well as has a knack of remembering all the details about his customers. Steve knew exactly what we liked about the car, and he got creative to find us all of the same features on another car. He honored the price we just missed out on, gave us an incredibly fair trade-in offer, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way.
