My fiance and I were looking to trade in both of our cars for one car and it was suggested to us to look into the Mercedes-Benz R class. We were in Marietta and thought we would find a dealership just to lo for one car and it was suggested to us to look into the Mercedes-Benz R class. We were in Marietta and thought we would find a dealership just to look and maybe test drive the C class that I wanted but, it turned out differently. We were looking for another dealership when on our GPS we found RBM of Atlanta and it was the best think that ever happened. From the time we got out of our car and walked into the show room we had GREAT CUSTOMER Service. We test drove the R350 with Kyrus Frames, did I tell you that he was the best salesman we both have ever had, we had to wait until the following week before we could get back down to the dealership. We went back down the following week an got the same treatment as we did before, seeing toldly different people in the show room. Buying this car, R350 Mercedes-Benz, and from this dealership, RBM of Atlanta, has been the best experience that my fiance, Terry Weeks, and I, Teresa Curtis, have ever had. We will buy our next car from this dealership and from Kyrus Frames, he was a great salesman from begining to end and he has become a great friend. This dealership is a first class operation,they have always gone out of their way to resolve any issues that I've had.My Service Adviser Bob Christen has always been great he will do whatever it takes t always gone out of their way to resolve any issues that I've had.My Service Adviser Bob Christen has always been great he will do whatever it takes to correct the problem,my last problem was an intermittant climate control problem that they worked on for two days what they found was two bad sensors and a bad heating valve that was causing the problem the climate control has been working great ever since the repair.I will drive alittle futher and play alittle more for the excellent service i recieve and knowing they stand behind their work.
