I came in simply to look at and test drive a few models, but Gerry was so helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted at a price I could live with, I bought a car that day. Eric Koeningsberg did an excellent job of representing RBM and Mercedes when I purchased my 2008 C Class. Additionally, he was courteous, efficent and provided very good post sale support. RBM also provides pompt, professional maintenance service. The dealership has always treated my car and me well. The only issues I have had relate more to Mercedes than to RBM. In my view, Mercedes prices its extended warenties and its maintenance service too high. I love the car and how I am treated by RBM, but the length of new car current warrenty, the lack of a reasonably priced extended warreny and the cost of maintenance is high enough to be of concern in selecting my next vehicle. More

Just recently I encountered an issue with my warranty company not wanting to cover a transmission problem on my car. Ronald and I did a three way call with my warranty company and to no avail the company would not budge. However,due to Ronald's thoroughness and persistence on obtaining indisputable data on the root cause of the transmission problem my warranty company had no other choice but to honor my claim. Steve S. was recommended to us by a friend in the car business. We had dealt with anouther Mercedes dealer, and had been looking for months for a car; but they never came through. He is a very seasoned and experienced professional. All aspects of our transactions were handled very well by Eric and the entire team at the dealer. Specifically, he found the right car (ML550 for me) from another dealer and explained the technology and functionis on both cars, the E350 and the ML550. The financial part of the transactions were also handled well. I was offered different options (leasing versus buy) but they listened and accepted my preference with no high pressure sales. I appreciated this because I had recently had a very poor experience with BMW. Eric has also made himself available to help in any way with the car and is very responsive. Overall, this dealer provides great service deserving of the high quality products it sells. More

There are always plenty of loaner cars and the waiting area is stocked with plenty of refreshments and a television to make the wait as inviting and relaxing as possible should you choose to wait for your vehicle.
