I have been a customer of RBM of Atlanta for nine years I have been a customer of RBM of Atlanta for nine years since I arrived from California. RBM of Atlanta was recommended by the Mercedes-Benz dealer I have been a customer of RBM of Atlanta for nine years since I arrived from California. RBM of Atlanta was recommended by the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Los Angeles where I purchased my Benz. I always use RBM even though it is not my closest Benz dealer. I always use "Express Service" and Dennis Phillips is my "customer service advisor". RBM always seems to have any needed parts in stock. I usually "wait" for my maintenance or repairs and I am pleased how quickly the work is completed. Dennis Phillips is knowledgeable and friendly. He always mentions any service "specials". He fully explains any service that will be performed and why. In addition, if the technician-mechanic, after inspection, finds any additional maintenance or repair work that is needed, Dennis fully explains what it is, why it is needed, the urgency of doing the work, and a cost estimate. If I have any questions later about my Benz, he is always as close as the telephone or email. More

He at least will get someone in the shop to come look at the issue and either fix it quickly (if possible) or put my mind at ease that all is well with my car. I love driving a Mercedes but it is also very much about the service I recieve and again, the peace of mind I get from knowing help is only a phone call away. I would recommend RBM highly to anyone in the market for a new car. More
I have no issues with RBM. Every time I have had service, they have done an excellent job. It just takes a little longer that I would like. But I always have a loaner so I really do not mind the lenght of ti they have done an excellent job. It just takes a little longer that I would like. Know your car and what needs to be done and only accept additional service if only make sense to you. More
