Exelent experience It was of the best car-buying experiences I had so far. I was skeptical at first but everything went right and fast. He was very friendly and professional. He wasn't shy or distracted. He even came to work on his day off in order to help. The General sales manager was also very helpful. Both of them went above and beyond to help me out. Both of them are former military guys, very professionals and proficient in their job, and clearly, they put the best on every situation to get it solved. More

RC Hill doesn't seem interested in selling a car I emailed RC Hill through CarGurus on 1/3/2019 and did not receive a reply. That method of emailing through CG worked for other dealerships, but I ga I emailed RC Hill through CarGurus on 1/3/2019 and did not receive a reply. That method of emailing through CG worked for other dealerships, but I gave RCH the benefit of the doubt and assumed they did not get my inquiry. On 1/4 I called and asked for a salesperson; I was transferred to Russell Ervast. I explained I was shopping nationwide for a vehicle and was curious for pricing on my new PHEV Outlander. He was curt, even rude at times, questioning if I was really buying a car from out-of-state and "did I have any plans to ever visit FL?". Is this how you sell a car? Unbeknownst to Mr. Ervast, the last car I bought just 9 months ago was 2500 miles away from my home. Regardless, he pacified my inquiry by generally not answering my questions and noted the dealership was about to close but he would call me "first thing in the morning on 1/5". To my surprise, "Sara, internet sales assistant" emailed me at midnight EST Friday to ask if she should use the email address on my CarGurus account to interact with me. I quickly replied, 'yes please'. Needless-to-say, Mr. Ervast did NOT call me first thing 1/5 Saturday morning, and not all weekend at all. Sunday night, 1/6, "Sara" again emailed me at 1am EST asking if someone got in touch with me to "answer all my questions", to which I indicated that RC Hill has been quiet except for the automated emails from Ms. Sara. If you don't take customers seriously, how do you expect to sell one of the 16 PHEVs you have in stock? Are you not in the business to SELL cars? I am truly baffled. I hope that Mr. R.C. Hill himself reads this review, and may feel free to call me directly. More

A friend from work recommended RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland as he had purchased vehicles from there before. We are SOOO glad we took his advice. We were treated royally by sales agent Chad Howell who took us for a test drive of the Outlander that we later purchased. He worked hard to get us the best deal (to fit our budget) and answered all of our questions. He also was very helpful in getting us connected on the busiest day of the year with our Insurance Company so that we could drive our sweet baby off the lot fully insured. We loved his sense of humor and felt very relaxed during the whole process. So ... if you are looking for a dealership where the sales persons listen, advise, and do not try and up-sell you anything then I highly recommend you check out RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland. More
