New Blue Outlander Sport I just traded in my 2012 Outlander for a 2017 Outlander Sport in Octane Blue. Russell was my salesperson for both vehicles and I was very happy with I just traded in my 2012 Outlander for a 2017 Outlander Sport in Octane Blue. Russell was my salesperson for both vehicles and I was very happy with the sales process, follow up and service. He has been extremely knowledgeable about both vehicles, explaining differences and features. Russell also helped me with voice command set up, which was greatly appreciated. When I decided to get a brighter blue vehicle I researched many makes and models, but came right back to Mitsubishi for their warranties, and to RC Hills Mitsubishi for the total service from beginning to end. Barbara in the service department should get total recognition as well for her knowledge and no nonsense approach. Free Wifi allows me to work while I wait and the service staff are remarkably courteous and attentive to all customers. This time, I also needed my AC to be fixed, and it was done within the time I had in my schedule. To boot, the part and repair were both under warranty, so there was no cost to me, a very pleasant surprise! This level of service has created a customer for life. Great job, Service Department.
