What a relief !! The experience I had buying my new 2017 Outlander Sport was nothing short of STELLAR! I called ahead for an appointment, as I had received a letter from Mr. Hill stating that he wanted to increase his reliable used car inventory. He wanted to avoid the influx of cars which may have been involved in the recent storms. This made perfect sense to me, as I would be trading in a 2015 Mitsu. Mirage--which had been serviced at the dealership. The salesman for my appointment was Anthony Andolino. He put me at ease immediately, which made my time with him rewarding. He paid careful attention to my desires and concerns. The value of his "no high pressure" approach cannot be overstated by me! As a woman alone (and a senior), I was treated in a straightforward, sincere and respectful manner. I did not make the sale easy for him, but in the end, the deal I received was even better than I expected! THANK YOU, Anthony! More

Great sales service from Anthony Andolino I must admit, I was skeptical about coming in to RC Hill as my previous experience was not very good. But this time around, the difference is between night and day. I am glad I gave RC Hill a second chance. Looks like they got their stuff together now. Big thanks to Anthony Andolino (sales). I dealt with him the whole time, there was no need to go back and forth between him and the sales manager, like the game you play in most dealerships, Anthony got the job done, without being pushy or arrogant, like other sales people I have had to deal with. The sales manager was also nice, he stopped by and thanked me for my purchase after the deal was done. The finance guy got me in and out quick, he was also very nice. RC Hill even delivered my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage GT the very next day to my home with a FULL tank of gas at no extra charge. I must say that I am very happy with my experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. I know a good service department when I see one because I spent 9 years as an Assistant Service Manager/Shop Foreman in my younger years. This Service Dept. has met all my expectations and more. They are always friendly and efficient. I recently came in for a routine oil change and they recommended I also get the tires rotated which I agreed to. I was in and out the door within 90 minutes with a complimentary car wash to boot. As seniors, my husband and I are extremely happy we purchased our cars at this dealership. We had no idea the service would be so good. More
