Since it is a limited edition classic car, finding qualified service technicians and parts has always been a challenge to say the least. When my convertible hard top stopped working I contacted numerous repair shops and dealerships plus Mitsubishi corporate for assistance with no success. Transmission troubles I recently was having trouble with my 2015 outlander sport and I called and the service center answered the call and had me bring it in . Chris the maintenance manager had the car brought in to be checked out. In less than 1 hour they determined the transmission was in need of replacement. They contacted enterprise rental car for me and this made the process so simple. The only thing that I can is the whole experience was tremendous. Chris is a constant perfesional in the garage. Oh by the way the complete time from drop off to pick up was an amazing 22 hours. Nothing but high praise for the RC HILL team. More

Awesome service! I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and James Wheeler was the one helping me out. I informed him I needed to get a certian monthly payment and I I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and James Wheeler was the one helping me out. I informed him I needed to get a certian monthly payment and I wanted to make a deal tonight. We spent 2 hours fine tuning everything and checking out the cars until a good deal was reached. This place does a great job. I have no need to recommend any other dealer. They gave me 2k more for my trade in then several other places would. Such a shame all these other dealerships didnt take me serious when I said I wanted to do a deal same day. I actually had the other dealers call me the next day and offer me more money for my trade in.. sorry guys, RC HILL made it happen! More

Best car buying experience I ever had. Ever. When I came to the dealership on a whim I was just looking to get out of my 2015 Jetta. Which I had leased through Kuhn VW (terrible dealership, and c When I came to the dealership on a whim I was just looking to get out of my 2015 Jetta. Which I had leased through Kuhn VW (terrible dealership, and company as a whole). The sales rep there, James Wheeler, sat with me and gave me great options. I was upside down in my car quite a bit. After discussing options with him he said it would be more beneficial to me if I sold the car on my own and just started fresh. So I put my car up for sale and quickly got a taker. Now VW would not sell my car. Even though it was through them. At that point James and his associates literally bent over backwards to hold the car I proudly call my own today and to make the sale of my old Jetta happen. I just couldn't believe it. He even came in on his day off to get everything in order. We stopped by a few days later to talk numbers about my new car(which he also bent over backwards to get in my price range) and sort the sale of the Jetta out. To my surprise I drove off the lot with my used 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander that day! No games, no annoying phone calls, no hassle, nothing. It was just done. He worked hard to help me and the buyer of the Jetta(which was done free of charge by the way) get things going. Although I have never owned a Japanese car before, I feel I am off to a great start. Unlike Volkswagen which was a disaster, should have been our first sign to not got VW. I have another Jetta that I will be trading in, in 2 years. And I can't wait to go back and work with James Wheeler at RC Hill Mitsubishi! Was a pleasure guys thanks for the great service, incredible perfessionalism, and an awesome new reliable Outlander!
