Plus free Starbucks coffee to help time pass....I've heard ppl in the past saying how bad this place is (those ppl are completely insane) but I think it's one of the friendliest and comfortable service centers I've ever been to. About two months before we were ready to purchase, we visited the dealership and Troy spent over an hour with us knowing we weren't ready to buy. When we were ready, we remembered him and he remembered us. Great customer service. Our first service appointment was on a Saturday. We expected to spend an hour or more waiting.
