The person who said he'd help us didn't come to us for a while. When someone else wanted to help us he then made a quick effort to get us to his desk. All he did was talk about himself and his accomplishments. When my dad tried to get the price down on a 2015 vehicle and he was rude and looked at us like we were crazy and made no effort to help us. We left drove down to the dealership next door and got a car we wanted for the price we wanted. Will no be going to RC Hill ever again. I will go to another dealer after this experience when I'm ready to buy my own Outlander Sport. More

Best car buying experience ever! With a tight schedule and 2 toddlers, doing anything is difficult, we could only make it to the dealership 90 minutes before close. We were greated at the curb by Mike Gray and the rest is history. A no hassle, courteous and never pushy car buying experience. He was knowledgable about everything and as a car enthusiast I couldn't stump him. He went above and beyond and was extremely patient through everything, and funny to boot. I traded my once favorite Honda, but through poor service practices, pushy ignorant dealers and a general faultiness in the car itself, Mitsubishi has far exceeded my expectations with their amazing vehicles, entire staff, and overall experience. After leaving the first night with a vehicle picked and information filled out, all we had to do was drive back the next evening, sign and drive. Plus, with my mother as a co-signer living 2 hours away, they volunteered to drive the paperwork to her on her schedule to make the experience 100% convenient for everyone involved. I will be buying this brand for the rest of my life. More
