The salesman that I had originally came to see was busy with another customer, so they set me up with Troy. Not knowing what kind of service that I was going to get, I remained hesitant. However, within a couple of minutes, Troy made me feel very comfortable. He knew the product very well and, in fact, was also an owner of a Mitsubishi. I enjoyed the fact that, not only was he a salesman, he was brand loyal as well. If you believe in the crap that you're selling, then it must not be crap. He worked with me through the whole process, got me the best deal, and even went out of his way to get me the best interest rate available.
