Sales and service beyond utopia Purchased a used certified auto of my dreams. My sales associate Selena was so complete with information making the visit very enjoyable. This review Purchased a used certified auto of my dreams. My sales associate Selena was so complete with information making the visit very enjoyable. This review for service involved my desire to obtain a additional coded key.. Because the service department was not open during my visit Selena gave me a courtesy call with a service apt that would meet my schedule. Upon Arrival at Service Barbara greeted me and tole me the estimated time to fulfill my order. The order was completed in half the time (less than 30 minutes) and I was on my way. The service staff was fast professional and very courteous. . Overall this was the best car purchase and service experience I have ever had. I have had similar experiences at other area dealer, however this one was over the top. Thank you R.C. Hill for your services in the Deland Florida area. More

Excellent!!! Always helpful, Got my car in right away with no appointment. They sent my email a check up of my car and I actually understood it. Awesome. They are always polite, they never give me the evil eye when you opt out of a specific thing that you'll fix "next time I'm here", which is exactly what I do.
