Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I have been through dealing with many car dealerships over the years, and I've never had such a pleasant, organized, honest and easy experience as I h I have been through dealing with many car dealerships over the years, and I've never had such a pleasant, organized, honest and easy experience as I had dealing with John Scire at RC Hill Mitsubishi. John's knowledge of the vehicle far exceeded my expectations. It was not a pushy or pressuring experience at all. The numbers were very straight-forward and honest, with no pricing games. I did not leave the dealership worrying that I possibly didn't receive the best deal I could find. I was so amazed by everything the dealership offers in regards to future servicing and upkeep of the car. They truly care about the customer. The best part is, I am in love with my new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I plan to get any future vehicles from RC Hill Mitsubishi, and would strongly recommend them to anyone for years to come. More

Worst possible customer service I tried for three days to talk numbers on a particular vehicle. Had the stock number, money to put down, etc. Salesperson refused to call or email me I tried for three days to talk numbers on a particular vehicle. Had the stock number, money to put down, etc. Salesperson refused to call or email me back. After three days I got frustrated and asked to speak to the sales manager, Bob. I informed him of my frustration and the lack of professionalism. He said "sorry you feel that way" and hung up the phone. Worst service of all time. They lost a sale, money, and a happy customer. Will definitely spread the word on this experience. More
