Excellent, not the usual car dealer experience Mike was the first person who approached us in the lot. He listened to what I wanted in a car and then went to work with the inventory to get me in th Mike was the first person who approached us in the lot. He listened to what I wanted in a car and then went to work with the inventory to get me in this wonderful Mitsubishi Outlander. I had some pretty specific requirements, (like a red car) not just looking for anything on the lot and again, he talked me through the differences and explained everything in detail. He was not pushy and smiled and laughed with my son throughout the whole process. He explained the different financing packages (zero % financing verses a loan) and put the numbers together in black and white so we cold see the difference. The test drive was great. We got to feel comfortable in my new car almost immediately. My old car was such a part of me, I felt bad leaving it behind, but he assured me it would be taken care of for this old lady. Once we made the decision to purchase, it was a smooth process. So you see, Mike is not just a salesman, he is also a kind, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate person who smiled through the whole thing. You are so luck to have him on your team. Even though I live 15 minutes away from Mitsubishi Longwood, I came to DeLand to buy my car and I am so happy I did.I would recommend your dealership and especially Mike to anyone I could . The sales process was extremely simple, and they were able to work with us even after normal banking hours to get a deal done. We drove one vehicle home, and they delivered the second the next day. This was easily the most pleasant of all 5 times I've been in dealerships buying cars. Even when there were some errors, they worked very hard to straighten them out for us. We are definitely glad we traveled a little extra to get to RC Hill. More
