I drove back on Monday and spoke to Kristian Mazzoni who originally took care of me and said the report was sent to me in a form of a email message. So he told me to check my phone and I did - no message was there. So then we realized that R.C. Hill had the wrong email address for me. So Kristian was nice about it and for my trouble of having to return to the dealership he offered to wash my car and I gladly accepted. So I gave him my correct email address and he said it would be entered into their system and this should not happen again. More

From the moment I stepped on the lot at RC Hill, I was impressed. The car I had been looking at online was actually there, the price was what I expected. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable (Mike gray has an Outlander himself). I did not give them much to work with as far as negotiating room, but boy did they pull thru and put a smile on my face. The payments were lower than I expected, and the terms were much better than anticipated. The entire staff did an amazing job of going out of there way to make sure I was taken care of, and I appreciate that. Now to the best part - my new car! I absolutely love it! It has every option I set out looking for - and then some! The peace of mind that RC Hill provides with the length of warranties really makes me feel secure knowing that they stand behind their product - and not just for the short haul, but for the life of the vehicle! I honestly did not even have the Outlander on my radar when I started my search months ago, but I am so happy with my choice. He explained things to me I was not aware of, which gave me a better understanding of my situation. We spoke on a few occasions and he was always upfront and honest.
