It did not take long to realize how much I detested the car buying experience. After just a few days of our local dealerships I realized why the commute to RC Hill was worth it. I finally reached out to RC Hill and had the chance to work with Jacob Hill in our pursuit for a new vehicle. In the end I purchased a new Outlander that day and could not say enough about Jacob, Tim, and the team at RC Hill. I decided to trade in my last RC Hill purchase at the last minute and even though I arrived at closing time the crew was waiting on me with the "lights on". I can not say enough about RC Hill and their commitment to their customers. Top notch group that comes through time and time again. I won't even waste the effort with another dealership next time. The entirety of the experience was outstanding in that the environment and staff were very welcoming and Jacob made the process of purchasing my car easy, quick, and fun. Jacob did a great job in explaining all of the reliable qualities of the car itself as well as the dealership as a whole. He was able to take my ideas and dreams and make it a reality at an affordable price. Jacob even took extra time out of his schedule to personally teach me how all of the electronics worked as well as set up my Pandora to work in the car for the big trip I was about to go on that day! Helpful & Polite I was looking for a new car and I walked out with one. It was late (my fault for coming in late) but everything went smooth, friendly staff, and polit I was looking for a new car and I walked out with one. I felt bad for coming in late, but they made no indication that they were upset for staying almost two and a half hours after they closed for my deal, which was great. I took off one star only because they were a little pushy, understandable they need to sell to make money. I knew what I wanted and if numbers didn't work out I was okay with that and would look another time. But he got the price in my range and all that matters is I love my new car! More

The Finance department was just as friendly and worked hard to get me the best deal and with the bumps and bruises I had on my credit were able to get me what I needed with what I could afford.
