From the sales person to the service department they have all been great. The oil change in my old car was very expensive but my new Outlander it’s really great and I get coupons in the mail to help even mor all been great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their "honest" and "transparent" pricing is NOT. They attempted to add $1,388 to the price in hidden charges. I'm pretty sure that if this wasn't a seller's market, the charges added would have been removed. Mr. Hill, step up on your honesty, just add that $1,388 to the selling price. You still would have decent prices and it would remove the aire of sleezy car dealer from the atmosphere. More
