It was an okay experience I shouldn't be complaining about this, but the survey said I need to do this. There was a car I wanted, but the price was much higher than what KIA'S I shouldn't be complaining about this, but the survey said I need to do this. There was a car I wanted, but the price was much higher than what KIA'S website said it would be. I was upset. I got a different car, but it isn't bad at all. It's just I'm upset how the whole thing went down. Pricing was the worst even with a decent down payment I provided. And a feature that was suppose to be in my vehicle didn't have it after all, though I'm happy to say that it's being fixed now. I don't mean ill on the employees, I just felt like I was taken advantage on. More

They had advertised a deal they they could not come close to even though I have excellent credit. Their first offer was $50/month more than the deal they had advertised. (Not a Hyundai) However in the end, I ended up getting a different vehicle that I loved at a fair price. More

Dealership alright but car had transmission hiccups The salespeople were fine, about what I expected. I came to Ricart to get a deal and i believe i got a fair one. Initial reactions from two dealerships state they have never heard of this issue but i have my doubts. Research on the internet has shown this problem has been expressed by others. More

I love my Hyundai I am so happy to have purchased my brand new Hyundai Sonata. This is my 2nd purchase at Ricart. My 1st was a brand new 2015 Ford Focus SE. With the I am so happy to have purchased my brand new Hyundai Sonata. This is my 2nd purchase at Ricart. My 1st was a brand new 2015 Ford Focus SE. With the new transmission warnings for the 2012-2016 Ford Focus and Fiesta's, I soon realized that that vehicle was going to be more trouble than it was worth. In fact I was now upside down on my loan. I was so disappointed. I went back to Ricart and was able to get my brand new Hyundai Sonata. I am in love. I love Hyundai's so much that this is my 3rd Hyundai Sonata but only my 1st new one. I am so excited. More

We picked a time, showed up, and was greated immediately upon entering the dealership. The person I was suppose to meet was busy with another customer and they found another salesperson to assist me. There was no "I will be with you in a moment" it was "let me find someone to help you since I am currently with another customer". I really appreciated that they thought my time was just as important. The sales person, Robert Parden, asked what I was looking for and what features that were important for me. I thought I wanted an SUV/mid range vehicle but through questions and answers, I bought a Hyundia Sonata which is even better for me and my needs at the moment. From sales people to finance and title personnel and out the door, everyone was pleasant, smiling and willing to go the extra mile to see that my needs were met. Great job. More
