Great Customer Service I went in on a Friday for an oil change. Seen Jeremy Duffy talked about getting a new vehicle for my wife. He got the ball rolling immediately. When I I went in on a Friday for an oil change. Seen Jeremy Duffy talked about getting a new vehicle for my wife. He got the ball rolling immediately. When I sat down with the finance department I wasn't 100% sure I wanted to make the purchase due to some personal reasons. No one at Ricart pushed me to make the purchase. They actually talked me through the pros and cons of buying the vehicle. I left that night without the vehicle but returned the next day and bought it. The staff was very professional and did not treat me any differently the second day after not purchasing the vehicle the previous day. I have ready recommended them to a friend who's looking to get his wife a new car. More
