We brought our 2016 Hyundai coupe to be serviced because of a recall. While there my husband spoke to Aaron A who said he had something for us. But our car was finished before he had a chance to come back a of a recall. While there my husband spoke to Aaron A who said he had something for us. But our car was finished before he had a chance to come back and talk to us. We left, but rec'd a call from Aaron before we got too far. We went back and was presented with a deal that we couldn't refuse. Dwendolyn T was our sales specialist and did a wonderful job. Between her and Aaron we had a very enjoyable experience. No pressure what so ever. Every one was very attentive. Aaron M and Nicolas S included.. Very good service. More

Finally-A car dealer who truly serves the client's needs! When my lease was up on my 2015 Genesis, I contacted Hyundai to see about having them finance it for me. To my surprise, they did not do any financing When my lease was up on my 2015 Genesis, I contacted Hyundai to see about having them finance it for me. To my surprise, they did not do any financing beyond their lease. I researched on my own the ability to finance it through banks and lending institutions. Was highly disappointed due to interest rates and terms available. Soon after, I contacted Aaron Andrews and told him my situation. He listened to me and without any hesitation he said, " We will see that you get whatever you want and need!" He assigned Vanni Pikus to help me. She went to work! Soon after, I had the loan I needed with better terms than I could get on my own. Paperwork was completed and I was on my 1 hour 30 min drive home. Now I have purchased my 20th car at Ricart since 1994. I will continue to do so because of their service to and for the customer. Unlike any other dealership I know. The truly amazing thing is, unfortunately I did not purchase this car at Ricart but yet they rolled out the red carpet for me once again! Love this Dealership! More
Total joke.....and not the laughing kind Had a scheduled appointment for my 2017 Elantra to have issues looked at, was told an Uber would be ordered, after waiting for almost 4 hours, I went Had a scheduled appointment for my 2017 Elantra to have issues looked at, was told an Uber would be ordered, after waiting for almost 4 hours, I went up to the desk and then the lying began. Long story but after 2 1/2 weeks I am STILL driving a "courtesy car" with NO clue when I am going to get my car back, if ever.I have purchased 3 cars from Ricart and not only will I never come back for service EVER again, I will not purchase another vehicle from here and will let everyone I know made aware of everything I have gone through. More
Good buying experience. Poor service experience After only owning this car for six months the battery went dead. Had to tow to Ricart was told 300.00 to fix. Oil change I bought a new car in 2012 and 2015 at Ricart. I was convinced by Ricart that bringing our vehicles back to Ricart for services was the best and mos I bought a new car in 2012 and 2015 at Ricart. I was convinced by Ricart that bringing our vehicles back to Ricart for services was the best and most cost effective way to go. After 5 years of this, I am done. All of my oil changes have averaged over 1.5 hours. For the oil changes that had simple recalls fixed, well over 3 hours. Very inconvenient and costs considerably more than any quality shop. Tires are far more expensive at Ricart as well. In one instance, I had 20k miles on the car and they said the car needed an alignment. I declined. The next visit a few months later, they didn't mention a needed alignment and actually gave me a report stating the alignment test was Good. Alignments do not fix themselves. Good experience buying a car here. Waste if time and money to have it serviced here. More
My first service appointment. I had a service appointment. I was greeted as soon as I got to the dealership. I was given a tour of the waiting area. We went over all that was done to my vehicle. We had a little conversation. He treated me like family. I will keep coming to them for my service. It was a great experience. More
Recall Service I received a letter in the mail that my Elantra had a recall and that I should have it serviced. I scheduled an appointment with Ricart Hyundai and ex I received a letter in the mail that my Elantra had a recall and that I should have it serviced. I scheduled an appointment with Ricart Hyundai and explained the letter I got and what the recall was for, though the representative I spoke with seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I went in for my recall service and was told that it would take around an hour and a half, which I expected. After the time had passed, they brought the paperwork out and explained to me the 20+ other things they found "wrong" with my car that I needed to have fixed. I told them I was only in for the recall and then, after already waiting 1.5 hours, they told me that they didn't have the part in stock. They would order it and I would have to set up ANOTHER appointment to have it fixed. I don't understand why, if they already knew what my car was coming in for, they wouldn't have the part ready to go. Annoyed, I set up another appointment when they called to let me know the part was in. I took my car in for my second appointment, and again was told that it would take an hour and a half. Wonderful. After the time had passed, they brought my car around, reminded me again about the list of items that I didn't let them fix last time, and I headed out with my car. Unfortunately, this was not the end of my troubles with the service department at Ricart. Upon arriving to my next destination, I took a moment to look around my car and noticed a few things that were different. First, I noticed that there were black smudges on my drivers side visor, which did not come from me. There were also items in my car that were out of place/moved around. I don't think moving items around in my car was part of my recall. Feeling uneasy, I got out of my car to look around the outside. My front license plate was bent on both sides at 90 degree angles facing outward. Really? Lastly, when I opened my trunk, I saw a small screwdriver in the lining of the trunk by the back window. I am extremely disappointed with the service I was given, as I don't think I should feel the need to look over my car to make sure everything is returned to me the way I left it. There are annoying things that I expect when getting my car serviced, such as a long wait time for a simple task, having to readjust my seats, mirrors, and lights, and even radio station, but this was absolutely ridiculous! Needless to say, I will never return to Ricart Hyundai for any reason. Even if that means I will be driving an hour to go to another dealer if necessary. More
