Insisted we take a look at every detail of the car and try all the buttons to make sure they work, so we know what we're buying. At every turn, told us to take our time because buying a car is the second biggest expense we'll ever have. Full of anecdotes and stories. Once we agreed to buy the car and spoke about deals and financing, we were talking to the manager within 10 minutes. Rather than insisting we finance through the dealership, they agreed to take our existing loan (from our bank) with a larger downpayment. In the end, they were able to get us a similar rate with a smaller downpayment and we went with that. After that, we were on our way quickly and the car has been a dream. Have already started recommending to friends and family. Other Kia dealerships have lost at least two customers for life. More
