Currently in a lease with this dealership. We encountered a problem around 6 MONTHS AGO. My car has been back and forth to the dealer 3 times and the problem has not been resolved. At first we were told they don’t give out rental cars (false). The first two times the car was taken to the dealership for the problem was within days of eachother. The third time was a few months later after the problem persisted. After three weeks of no answers and a conversation with the service manager saying “there’s nothing they can do”, my fiancé went to pick up our car. When he turned it on, all of the lights in the car came on, which means either someone left them on or it was the problem acting up. When we got home, my 4 year old climbs in to get in her seat only to find a bag of fishing lures, one of which was open with a hook sticking through the other side of the bag. If it were turned around my daughter would have got a fish hook in her leg. So I guess my car was taken on a fishing trip with one of their employees and he or she left their bag in our car. We pay a lot of money per month for a car that is not only could potentially get me a ticket, but is also unsafe for our children to be in. This dealership has terrible quality vehicles and service. I would never recommend dealing with these people unless you’re in the mood for headache and aggravation.
