Nightmare. First: Subaru’s roadside assistance absolutely sucks. The fist service provider told me he was very busy and it would be better to try again the next day. I called the next day and, after waiting 4 hours, I called to see where the provider was and was told he canceled because he couldn’t get any of his employees to come to my area. Nobody thought it was necessary to tell me that, apparently. I drove all the way from Secane to get the tire repaired and 3 days later it was going flat again. I had to cancel my mothers cardiologist appointment to drive all the way back to the dealership to get it fixed again! It turned out that they used the wrong size plug to repair the tire. I have been tremendously inconvenienced by this. My mothers cardiologist can’t see her for another month since I canceled the appointment and I have spent many hours dealing with a punctured tire. When I tried to tell the service staff about the issues, they said nothing. Not even an apology. By the way, your car wash leaves spots all over the car. The only good thing about my experience is that they got it done pretty fast. It was done wrong the first time but it was fast. More
