I purchased a new car from Rairdon Kirkland recently. After I signed all purchase documents, including obtaining auto loan approval from the bank, I received the car keys from the dealer and drove the ca After I signed all purchase documents, including obtaining auto loan approval from the bank, I received the car keys from the dealer and drove the car home. A couple of hours later, I was contacted by the dealer's finance manager, Tayler Hahne. He informed me that there was an issue with my paperwork and requested that I come to his office to resolve the matter. The next day, I explained that I was busy and reject to visit his office. Consequently, I asked Tayler to send the new documents via email for my review. However, he refused to do so, and Rairdon's general manager, Kevin Graham, began threatening me, stating that he would report the car stolen if I did not return it by 2 pm the next day. He falsely claimed that the dealership was the legal owner of the car, despite the completion of all purchase documents. Later, Tayler lied to me, asserting that my auto loan had been rejected, which was untrue. I contacted Chase Bank, the lender listed on the contract, and they confirmed that my auto loan had been approved and was still valid. In an email, Tayler wrote, "We will not be licensing or titling the Ram 1500 mentioned. It will be staying in the Rairdon of Kirkland name." Throughout the entire purchasing process at Rairdon, I discovered that many of the dealership's employees were rude, unprofessional, and habitually lied to me. After receiving the keys, Tayler and another salesperson attempted to deceive me into signing an incorrect "acceptance and declination sheet," falsely indicating that I accepted all the products I had actually declined. When I brought this error to their attention, the salesperson's initial response was to lie and claim that it was a declination sheet, implying that it was acceptable for me to sign it. Eventually, they provided the correct document for me to sign, but throughout the entire process, no one offered an apology for the confusion and inconvenience caused. I have filed the complain to Attorney General and asked my lawyer to take the legal actions to them. More
