I made the mistake of going to another acura dealership for service on my transmission fluid change. Many miles from the dealership I looked under the car and it was leaking alot of transmission fluid. I i for service on my transmission fluid change. I immediately went to Rallye Acura without a appointment and after explaining my situation Chad the service advisor was exceptionally nice and understanding about my situation and said he would help me. It was so very nice of him and it was much appreciated to know he was so incredibly customer focused even though the mistake was made by another dealership. Less than 1 hour later Chad came back with info that the nut was tightened properly and even the undercarriage was sprayed down to get rid off all the splattered oil that was from the leaking transmission oil. I have been a loyal Rallye Acura customer ever since I purchased my car here. But I learned never to have my car serviced by anyone else. Thanks to Chad and mechanic who worked on my car to fix it.
