When I went into the dealership, it was around 7pm and it was a laid back at home environment. I sat with Brandon, and he seemed more like a friend than a salesperson. I made a connection with him. 1st service after purchase - very satisfied! Made the appointment online, drove up to the Service Area and was checked in right away. Keeyoung Moon was my Service Advisor. Aside from the oil change, Keeyoung took care of an issue with the FCW system consisting of dirt blocking the sensor and some scuff marks on the hood. The service was completed as promised in 90 minutes. There was water, tea, coffee in the lounge, and conference room was available. Free wifi. More
