He was accommodating, professional and patient. Brandon acted with integrity, conscience and client service. Branded exceeded all thresholds of our expectation. Bravo! Car buying at ease I was shopping for my third Acura, and of course I wanted to get the best price. I called around to a couple dealers to begin my negotiation, and Rall I was shopping for my third Acura, and of course I wanted to get the best price. I called around to a couple dealers to begin my negotiation, and Rallye won. Eyana & Brandon were such a pleasure to deal with. When I went into the dealership, it was around 7pm and it was a laid back at home environment. I sat with Brandon, and he seemed more like a friend than a salesperson. I made a connection with him. Even when I was with the sales manager, Joe, he was also a great person to deal with. I strongly advise you, if you are in the market to purchase a new Acura, please go over to Rallye! 1st service after purchase - very satisfied! Made the appointment online, drove up to the Service Area and was checked in right away. Keeyoung Moon was my Service Advisor. Aside from the oil change, Keeyoung took care of an issue with the FCW system consisting of dirt blocking the sensor and some scuff marks on the hood. The service was completed as promised in 90 minutes. There was water, tea, coffee in the lounge, and conference room was available. Free wifi. More

Excellent service I have developed and affinity for Acura since 2004 when I bought my first MDX which is still in my possession today. in July of 2015 I also leased a 2 I have developed and affinity for Acura since 2004 when I bought my first MDX which is still in my possession today. in July of 2015 I also leased a 2016 MDX. I have had an unexpected incidence with my vehicle where it was tampered with. I since reported the incident to General Manager, Mr. Joseph Matajy, who assured me that he would take care of the issue. On Wednesday, May 25, 2016, I dropped off the vehicle as instructed by the General manager Mr. Matajy, who assure me that a high tech security system will be installed in my vehicle. Mr. Joseph Matajy, have proven to be a man of substance, who clearly embodies the epitome of true leaddership. Service at Rally Acura has always been one that is unimpeachable, and it is without question or hesitation that I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. I am pleased to say the staff of Mr Matajay were courteous, polite, respectful and it is with great pleasure that I will continue to do business with Rally Acura.
