Danny is pleasant, caring and not pushy, easy to work with. then i was introduced to Faith the finance manager, she was a very nice lady and i requested not to run my credit report until 2 days later. the following Mon when i returned, both Faith and Danny were very efficient and got all paper work done for me and i picked up my car the next day. car dealership experience can't be easier than this, i would highly recommend Danny and Faith in this dealership for your next Acura. Great Experience! Went to Ralle after they contacted me right away after my True Car inquiry. William had us test drive the RDX and walked us through the lease options Went to Ralle after they contacted me right away after my True Car inquiry. William had us test drive the RDX and walked us through the lease options as it was our 1st time leasing a car. Within an hour we picked the car it was ordered and partial paperwork completed. Upon arrival of the car William contacted me and informed me the car was ready. Once I got there, all the paperwork was done I just had to sign. Such a simple process done in 15 minutes and then I was introduced to Niko to review the car. Niko was very patient and took the time to explain the car and all the features and functions. He did not rush at all answered all my questions. Would totally recommend this dealership!! More
