My experience with her has changed the negative way I felt about car sales people. Kristen was very knowledgeable , profession able and seemingly honest. It was a pleasant experience . I love my new car. Once I 'signed on the doted line' Austin Mandell then sat with me in my new car and proceeded to show me how to use all the new features in my car. He must have spent an hour with me. He too was very personable and was very patient with me. When I had a problem using the Bluetooth in the car he even came to my home to fix the problem.
