We owned two Acura cars for a while and I couldn't think of anywhere else to go for services. Yesterday I had my Mdx and today I had my Tsx serviced. He also tried getting the best price deal possible. One thing said it all: when the car was ready around noon time yesterday, it was pouring outside. Chad even jumped into the rain and delivered the car to the door personally, just to make sure his customer staying dry in such a rainy day. That was not just service, it was care and friendship. Yes, here you will feel more likely being at a friend's house rather than in a presumably "hostile" dealership. Noteworthy, the quality of jobs done by technicians were supereme. And the receptionist here, Ms. Enzo Comito, is a great addition to the pleasant experience. She is always cheerful and willing to help customers anytime when needed. Overall, I don't think I will change the make of my cars any time soon, primarily because of Rallye. More

I just needed a regular service, but I was new to the area. I brought my car in and not only did I feel they were honest, but they were really nice.
