Despite the fact I was very indecisive at one point as to which vehicle I wanted, Mr. JC was very patient and spent an ample amount time with me and my family, showing us the vehicles, letting us test drive them, as well as help us through all the paperwork. Additionally, Mr. Joel First worked meticulously on my behalf to lock in the best possible financing option for me as a first time car buyer. He is truly passionate about customer satisfaction and will go out of his way to work in your best interest. My experience with her has changed the negative way I felt about car sales people. Kristen was very knowledgeable , profession able and seemingly honest. It was a pleasant experience . I love my new car. Once I 'signed on the doted line' Austin Mandell then sat with me in my new car and proceeded to show me how to use all the new features in my car. He must have spent an hour with me. He too was very personable and was very patient with me. When I had a problem using the Bluetooth in the car he even came to my home to fix the problem. My Acura was stranded after I lost my key while out for lunch. I was in NY for work but I live 3 hours away in NJ. I called Chad at Rallye and the team went into go mode.
