My service consultant, Chad Tammaro, was so helpful and friendly. He made arrangement to have the job done as early as possible while still maintaining the high quality of the work. He also tried getting the best price deal possible. One thing said it all: when the car was ready around noon time yesterday, it was pouring outside. Chad even jumped into the rain and delivered the car to the door personally, just to make sure his customer staying dry in such a rainy day. That was not just service, it was care and friendship. Yes, here you will feel more likely being at a friend's house rather than in a presumably "hostile" dealership. Noteworthy, the quality of jobs done by technicians were supereme. And the receptionist here, Ms. Enzo Comito, is a great addition to the pleasant experience. She is always cheerful and willing to help customers anytime when needed. Overall, I don't think I will change the make of my cars any time soon, primarily because of Rallye. More
