The service at this dealer was EXCELLENT! I had a very positive experience during my recent service visit. I was met at the parking lot by a service attendant who promptly took my vehicle and recorded the pertinent information. He followed up later the same day with a telephone call to provide a status update on the repair. Pick-up was also very easy and the vehicle is running well. Everytime I go to Rallye Acura I am Met by Enza Comito who I have Good Relationship with. I always deal with her and Mike Denfeld. Enza is always Very Professioanl Pleasant and Accommodating. Mike Denfeld is the most Knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to cars. I am always learning something New everytime I speak with him. He is Honest,Upfront and always makes sure that the car is in top condition when I get it back. I have never got stuck on the road when I have had it serviced. I Trust Mike Explictly when it comes to my Acura TL. If Mike informs me that there is something that needs to be done with the car I do not question him I tell him do whatever work needs to be done to make the car run in tip top condition. When I leave Mike always tells me if there are any problems,concerns or questions with the work that has been performed to please call him. Only disappointment was that I was told my car was vaccumed,washed and waxed after being serviced and it definitely was not vacuumed, was poorly washed and did not look waxed as there were several dir vaccumed,washed and waxed after being serviced and it definitely was not vacuumed, was poorly washed and did not look waxed as there were several dirt marks still on the exterior of the car that would have been removed by either washing or waxing. Other then that, the service was great. More
