This is my first experience with Rallye,I just moved into the area and being an Acura customer for over 20 years, I would recommend the Service Department to anybody who has an Acura. As always when I make an appointment I am not kept waiting. Chris pointed out on this visit that my inspection was overdue(saving me a possible ticket).After my car was brought into the shop he also p waiting. This is Acura number 5 for us. Chris Grant is pleasant and easy to work with, but so are the other advisers. Appointments are easy to make, and the service preformed is usually quick and within the time p and easy to work with, but so are the other advisers. They know we have choices and always show appreciation for bringing our business to this service department. Too bad they don't accept American Express for service repairs. More
I had a fantastic experience. Normally I do not go back to the dealer, but with my experiences at Rallye I do. Chad was fantastic in his knowledge of the auto.
