Larry Kim was my salesman. He was so accommodating!! He waited for me to pick up the car since I couldn't come in earlier than the time he gets off work. He followed up with me after I got the car. Very kind, knowledgeable and respectful person. I would recommend. When I take my car in for service, Frank Trotta was the manager that was assigned to me even with my last BMW. He is very reliable and attentive. Also straight to the point and never forced me or try to sell me into getting extra work done for no reason. He calls me to fill me in on the process and I never had to wait. More
