I particularly appreciate the pricing/fees transparency he provided to me, I've had horrible car buying experiences in the past at other dealership where they make you sit through hours of negotiation and then try to xxxx you over non-sense financing fees. But Vito has completely transformed that prospective. Rallye BMW should be the STANDARD for all dealerships, especially now we are in the internet age, where you can easily look up a dealership and their ratings.
