leasing a car My son and I recently leased two cars from Rallye. This was our first time leasing from this dealership. We previously leased our last two BMW cars My son and I recently leased two cars from Rallye. This was our first time leasing from this dealership. We previously leased our last two BMW cars from Freeport BMW. Since Freeport could not meet the deal that we wanted we decided to go to Rallye. Robert, our sales person was very good at finding us cars and getting both of us the deal we wanted. However, after my son and I came in to get our cars, he no longer wanted to know who we were. My son had some issues with his new 330 and needed help with the service department. The car was only two weeks old and service wanted to charge him for a front alignment!!! When he called Robert for help, Robert became very nasty and told him to deal with it himself and to call the service department. This was not the type of service we would expect from a BMW dealer. I am not sure if I would return to Rallye in three years to lease another two cars. If I did I certainly would not want Robert as my salesperson. More
