Below BMW Standards We pay too much for these cars to have substandard service. This is the third time I have had service here and the only thing they do consistently We pay too much for these cars to have substandard service. This is the third time I have had service here and the only thing they do consistently well is give you a loaner with no hassle and on time. I left my car for brake service and not only it wasn’t covered (something BMW parent company apparently started in 2017) but they forgot to reset my service light. Doesn’t sound like much but the BMW network continues to harass you trying to lure your business bc the system still states you need service. So I fielded no less than four phone calls while this light was still on. To make it right after my first review Rallye BMW service rep called to say they will send someone to my house to reset the light so I don’t have to drive all the way back the following weekend. Sounds like a great thing until he forgets to send someone and my car is sitting home for a day of work which costs me two taxis cab rides (over $150 to my job and back) as well as a day of a family member coming over car sitting awaiting this phantom service. In the end I had to wait until I could drive back to the dealership on a weekend while still fielding service phone calls. This is not the first time the service was substandard. Last time I had an inspection and to pass they had to remove the tints on my front windows. When I retrieved my car the garbage (the tints they removed) was balled up and left in my car along with my radio blasting and the driver seat almost in a layer back position. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more miles and fine a dealer worthy of the money you pay. More

EXTREMMELY POOR, "I DUNNO" is Rallye's service cry! Exceedingly Poor. "I dunno" (Johnathan, Service Advisor and Service Manager, Christopher Bianco) is Rallye BMW Service Cry! Rallye kept my seasonal Exceedingly Poor. "I dunno" (Johnathan, Service Advisor and Service Manager, Christopher Bianco) is Rallye BMW Service Cry! Rallye kept my seasonal summer car a z4 two weeks in August. We don't see many of these BMW Z4, " I dunno" what wrong with the top? We ran the diagnostic, " I dunno the outcome" you must pay for the uncertain diagnostic, we recommend you replace everything, even though we did this repair completely several years ago, and we replace the soft top modules two years ago. Rallye replaced the passenger airbag sensor. The seat was torn open at the seam. " I dunno if a new seat cover is included with the repair. I think it is. We waited for parts for two weeks. Christopher Bianco, couldn't get rid of me fast enough. He inspected the tear, I offered I'll leave the car for the seat repair, he said no. Service Advisors stated "I dunno" speaking with you. (DUH!). More
Great experience getting my first BMW I recently leased my first BMW and Chris was great throughout the entire process. He was professional and very knowledgeable about each type of car. When my lease is up, I will definitely be returning to Rallye BMW and looking for Chris to help with my next car. More

The replies from sales and finance were: the car met certification requirements. The very worst quality of certified car from this dealer. More
