Shame on them I have two vehicles from this dealership. Both times dashboard lights went one. Called dealership. Brought vehicle in. Both times I was advised that m I have two vehicles from this dealership. Both times dashboard lights went one. Called dealership. Brought vehicle in. Both times I was advised that my issue wasn’t under warranty that I must have spilled water on my seat. Told me it would cost me to repair. Only I am in this car and I never spilled water. I left. Next rain day, when i got in my car, I videotaped the rain seeping in from the roof. They repaired it then. Two trips. Hours of time away from work. Other car. Brought it in. Advised tire bald and not covered under tire insurance. Said i had to purchase new tire. $400. Tired didn’t look bald to me so i brought to two reputable car mechanics. Both told me tire not bald. Called dealership. Manager asked me to bring vehicle back so he can see. However, I had brought vehicle in earlier that day and it was seen by their mechanics. When i threatened to pursue a fraud claim, I was asked to bring car back for another look. Fast forward, they told me tire wasn’t bald. Their mistake. They replaced the tire. How was that a “mistake”. Sounds like a scam to me. I have zero trust in this dealership. Nobody returns calls. Never is their a loaner available and nothing is covered under warranty yet everything actually is. Although i love my car, I won’t ever get another BMW and I wonder how many customers have been dupped. I posted on social media asking ppl their thoughts and everyone said I had to post it here. Never knew this site existed. But from two very recent experiences, it’s scam, scam and scam. What a shame too bc I could have been a lifetime customer and not only will I never be back, I will let anyone who asks know the “real” experience that takes place here. Shame on them. More

Carol Clark Muniz, was my service advisor, she is an amazing advisor. she explained every single details for my car service. I must say when it come to car, I have no idea about the mechanical part, I just know how to turn it on and off, but Ms. Carol is a great teacher, she has the easy way to explain to me how everything work. Ms. Carol is patient and is very professional at what she does. I absolutely recommend Rallye BMW dealership to everyone has or wants to buy BMW car, It's the best dealership. Excellent Service Despite being fully booked the service center allowed me to come in for service if I was willing to wait until service was completed rather than dropp Despite being fully booked the service center allowed me to come in for service if I was willing to wait until service was completed rather than dropping off my car. This is a great idea especially for customers who are unable to plan ahead or suddenly had some free time. I had oil service and a free multipoint inspection performed and everything was completed in about an hour, as promised, and a great price. I was treated to a free cup of coffee and the waiting area was very comfortable. Thank you Gianni Marini and Rallye BMW. More

Great Sales & Service Experiences!! I recently leased a BMW 5 Series from Rallye. On my way to work, there was an error message. I called Rallye and they said come right in and we will I recently leased a BMW 5 Series from Rallye. On my way to work, there was an error message. I called Rallye and they said come right in and we will take care of you. Upon arrival, I was treated like a VIP. They gave me a brand new 5 Series loaner car with a full tank and asked that I return it with 1/2 a tank. I was on my way in no time and wasn't even late for work. My car needed a software update. Rallye also checked the whole car over, topped off all the fluids and gave it a carwash. More
