The only small point and suggestion is to improve coordination between different service points, e.g. car reception, service desk, mechanic, dealer/seller, etc., as sometimes waiting times appeared unnecessary and long or reps didn't know where to send me or sent me to wrong location. nothing great the problem is not solved. The center console on the driver side is still hot. This is my second 7 series BMW and I never had this problem earlier. Th the problem is not solved. The center console on the driver side is still hot. This is my second 7 series BMW and I never had this problem earlier. The rear seat vents dont work properly. they put out hot air in hot weather. I also had to wait a long time to get my car after i settled the invoice. I am used to better service with rallye Mercedes. I am rallye customer for past 20 years. More
