My experience with Brandon Tibblals was excellent as always. We are long time customers of Rallye BMW and lease 3 cars from Rallye. Came for a flat tire- Got car back 4 days later I arrived early in the morning, I was notified that I needed all new tires and a recall service, which I approved right away. I was given a loaner (t I arrived early in the morning, I was notified that I needed all new tires and a recall service, which I approved right away. I was given a loaner (that was very uncomfortable) which I wound up having to use that day, the whole weekend and on Monday. I was told that the car was not going to be ready after calling several times to reach Carol. Since it was so difficult to reach her, I wound up texting which worked better. If I reached anyone else, I was told no one else can answer my questions. After calling again several times to see what time I could pick up the car, I was told by Carol that there were too many tire jobs and no alignment person available on Saturday, (which should have been known on Friday) so I had to leave the car until Monday evening. While Carol did apologize, it did not make up for the inconvenience of not having my car the whole weekend. A small matter but the key ring I had bought from BMW was missing as well. More
