They made me tow my own car out of their dealership! I recently had to get Roadside assistance to tow my car to Rallye BMW after hearing a pop under the car and the very next day, the SA calls me and tel I recently had to get Roadside assistance to tow my car to Rallye BMW after hearing a pop under the car and the very next day, the SA calls me and tells me they can't fix my car because I have "aftermarket" parts on my car. And here is what they listed as aftermarket, 1. The BMW M Performance Differential, which is made by BMW! 2. Wider tires and wheels, my wheels are BMW 437M wheels, again made by BMW! 3. I had an aftermarket magnetic drain pug on the Differential, but what harm does that do? 4. I have Bushing INSERTS, not Bushing but just the INSERTS! So because I have the aftermarket drain plug and Bushing INSERT, they would not touch my car and asked me to come and get my car out of their dealership. Are these real techs that works in the service department or do they just real everything off a book? I had to pay a tow truck now $400 to tow my own car out of the dealer, mind you my car is still under Warranty and I just brought it as a CPO 4 months ago! This dealership is so disappointing, they will refuse service for the littlest things, you cant put ANYTHING non BMW on the car or else they will tell you to leave, whether your car drives or not, Rallye BMW should be ashamed of how they treated me. I will never bring my car here ever again and I will report this incident to BMW NA. I took my car to another dealership and they took me in with open arms and fixed my problem and I was back on the road, but RALLYE BMW kicks me out and would touch my car, they treated me like I was not a value customer because they get so many cars in they don't care if they miss one. shame on you Rallye! Another great experience with Bert and Rallye Once again Bert Vargas and Rallye BMW earned my business. This was my 5th lease with Bert and I have lived in FL for the last 3 of these leases. Bert Once again Bert Vargas and Rallye BMW earned my business. This was my 5th lease with Bert and I have lived in FL for the last 3 of these leases. Bert quoted me the best price by far of any other dealership, making it well worth my while to come up to NY to pick up my new BMW. My new car was ready right on schedule and Bert, as usual, had all of the paperwork set up for my signature. Bert took care of my insurance and transfer of license plates and then also made up a special paperwork package for the in-transit situation just in case I was stopped driving the car back to FL. There was nothing that Bert didn't have a complete handle on throughout this entire process, from quoting me a price to writing up the order, which was pretty much all done via emails and one or two phone calls. Bert is super easy to work with, quick to know what you want and doesn’t play games getting to a price. I would definitely recommend Rallye BMW, and Bert in particular, to anybody looking for a new car. More
