I'm not sure how most other service departments operate, but my wait time at Rallye on dropping off, getting my loaner and picking up my vehicle is always quick and easy...as it should! Problems The people that helped me were wonderful and everything was efficient - however - as soon as I left I drove my car to work. When I got in at the end The people that helped me were wonderful and everything was efficient - however - as soon as I left I drove my car to work. When I got in at the end of the day - all 4 tires had low air. This really shouldn't be the case as the car was just serviced. I put air in all 4 tires. The next morning when I got in the car the left front tire was again very low. I went back to the auto body shop that put the air in and after having the tire checked - the seal on the tire wasn't good. I had to have the tire removed, the seal fixed and more air put in. And I had to pay for it. Nothing was wrong with my tires when I brought in the vehicle to you for the recall on the rear view camera. More
