Poor communication, service took longer than necessary Approved two jobs when I dropped off the vehicle, approved another two that afternoon, and said to wait on a last service (tires). Didn't get any updates until I reached out the next afternoon. Was told inspection would fail unless I did tires, so I approved that service as well. I asked about the other services I approved, and was told some were not completed because they were waiting on word on tires, even though the other services were unrelated to the tires or the inspection. So essentially, my vehicle sat in the shop for an entire day without any work being done to it. On day three I was able to pick up the vehicle, and two coupons I had for $25 each were not honored. A mere 2.5% of the $2000 I spent on service. Not a pleasant experience at all. More

Great Experience getting into a new 5 Series The only car buying experience that was equally as pleasant was the previous vehicle I had purchased from George Kanes for my wife. Buying a new car can be stressful, and a time consuming experience, but not at Rallye or with George. I selected the car I wanted and brought the build sheet to the dealer. When I sat down to discuss my build with George he made some excellent suggestions that saved me money by modifying my build. He also helped me avoid a mistake on the wheels and tires I thought I wanted. Now that I'm driving the car-HE WAS SO RIGHT. George suggested I stick with 19" rims when I had wanted the 20" Rims. The 19" look great, more importantly ride great and as a bonus, I have some more tire sidewall to protect me form the horrible NY road system. The right price was arrived at quickly and easily. The frustrating nonsense you experience at other dealers, that you think is all part of the normal car buying B/S is nowhere to be found at Rallye BMW. Days after ordering the car, George helped me sign up online to track my cars build online. I saw its daily progress from the beginning of production, each step along the way in the build, to the shipment via boat, to the transport and then the final arrival at the dealer ! That was nice to be able to keep yourself in the loop without having to make calls to check status. I am happy with the service I got from George, Raymond and his Genius Terrence. If you need a BMW this is the place and these are the people ! More

Setvixe I had just purchased a set of tires for my M4 and while driving around town got a HUGE metal piece jammed in my tire. Last minute and with minutes le I had just purchased a set of tires for my M4 and while driving around town got a HUGE metal piece jammed in my tire. Last minute and with minutes left until they close, they took me and replaced my tire. After a few back and forth’s, they made the situation even better with an unexpected service and a few other bits... I’m a customer of the NYC “store” but will now transfer my business to Ralley! never once dissapointed This is my 3rd BMW from Rallye and there has never been a problem with any of my cars prior, this time there was a brake issue on this one .... which This is my 3rd BMW from Rallye and there has never been a problem with any of my cars prior, this time there was a brake issue on this one .... which became a non issue within one day and the excellent attention they gave my concerns and the performance of my car. Gianni Marini was my service adviser and he could not be more on top of the car and informed me of every step of what was transpiring throughout the 2 days in was in for repair. The service team wasn't completely happy with the way the first attempt to solve the problem was, so they resurfaced all the rotors, all new brake pads.. car drives like the first day I purchased it a year ago. I have dealt with another BMW dealership out east and there is no comparison to the attention to detail and the professionalism that you experience at Rallye . I live 60 miles away from Rallye, pass 2 BMW dealerships on my way there and still will only deal with Darren Thompson in sales and the Rallye service dept. Once again extremely happy with this dealership .. Thank you all. More
