No response I had the worst experience at Rallye BMW. No response at my inquiries after car sales. I put down deposit to a hold a new vehicle and wrote down exact mileage number for a record, but when i picked up my car, mileage was over used 30 miles. Lastly, i picked up my new car on Sep 1st and he promised me for return my previous mercedes to Mercedes dealer on September 5th, 2018 Wednesday because he is off Tuesday. And, i visited BMW on Saturday september 8th again. I asked him that did he return my car and he said yes. and, i asked him again did you drove it by himself and he said yes! But, i found out that BMW returned my previous car on September 19th. So, i would like to ask sales for regarding this, i contacted to office several times and left text msgs and voice mailes, totally ignored by him until now. The worst experience i have ever had! More

Rallye Experience was in the market for a BMW and went to a few dealers in the area to start my search. The first dealer I went to in Bayside, the sales people seemed was in the market for a BMW and went to a few dealers in the area to start my search. The first dealer I went to in Bayside, the sales people seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Needless to say I wasted two hours of my time that I will never get back. They were very unprofessional. Second dealer I went to, was much further out from where I currently live. They certainly where no "Competition" as the name states. Staff was friendlier but they made me feel like I had to take the first car they offered. Not willing to show me other options because I gave them a budget I had in mind and had the audacity to say "well that's what you can afford". First of all to say that to a customer is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Yes I have a budget in mind, but that does not mean that if I see something I like, that I wont raise my budget to get it. They lost me as a customer. A few days later I called Rallye BMW and ask them what time they were open til and they told me 9PM. Asked if I can come in at 7PM and they said no problem. Met with Darren Thomsen and he was the most professional salesperson I have ever met. He was not pushy, demanding, and listened to exactly what I was looking for, He was prepared for my arrival as I had a car to trade, Did not waste any time going right to work on finding my car and appraising my trade in. I ended up buying the car from him and it was ready for my pickup a few days later. I cannot say enough about how well this transaction went and the way he treated us. He has since then made himself available via text, email etc.. even on his days off he will reply back to me with any questions I have about the car. If you are in the market for a BMW, I strongly suggest that you go to Rallye BMW and ask for Darren Thomsen. Hands down he is by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered and overall great person. More
