I came for one car, decided i did not want it and George thanked me and said he was there when i was ready or needed more info. Came back on another car a few weeks later and after a quick test drive closed a quick and easy - NO PRESSURE deal. This is what a car buying experience should be. The dealership is fine. I had issues with Service I am pleased with the sales staff and the dealership in general. The counter staff in Service are not familiar with their cars!. My wife made an I am pleased with the sales staff and the dealership in general. The counter staff in Service are not familiar with their cars!. My wife made an appointment to have the rear Cross Traffic Alert checked. When she arrived, the staff said that there is no such thing: "it doesn't exist" and sent her off. Humiliating and insulting, because the car definitely has Cross Traffic Alert. I still gave 5 stars because I emailed the Service manager and he called to personally apologize. I trust the counter staff will be better trained in the future. More
