My inspection My dashboard lit up saying I needed service I went to bring the car and it turns out I need my car to be inspected… I knew that because I got a ticke My dashboard lit up saying I needed service I went to bring the car and it turns out I need my car to be inspected… I knew that because I got a ticket on April 2 when the registration was due on the first I would have appreciated an email because having a prior Mercedes we usually get a phone call email/something from the dealership letting us know it’s do not just a light that says you need service how would I know That means I need my car inspected? I was very disappointed with that fact but I do love all the guys at BMW they are super sweet and very professional but BMW has to come up with a better system they have to keep up with Mercedes as far as communication with customers now I am stuck with a ticket that I should not have… More

Service I had a problem with my gas tank door not opening and as soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by service advisor Adam. After a short conv I had a problem with my gas tank door not opening and as soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by service advisor Adam. L.I.E. Pothole xxxx L.I.E. Pothole took out my rim & tire. BMW roadside assistance came picked up the car with a flatbed with no issues. I road in the truck from Holtsvil L.I.E. Pothole took out my rim & tire. BMW roadside assistance came picked up the car with a flatbed with no issues. I road in the truck from Holtsville back to Rallye. Checked the car in, gave me a loaner was back to work within an hour. Adam Romano my sales advisor called me back right away @ 7:30am when I txt’ed him I have an emergency. Walked me thru what I should do and made a crazy morning a lot easier. When you go to see Adam it’s like seeing a friend you haven’t seen in awhile. He always makes you feel welcome.
