We experienced a few minor hiccups during the purchasing process, however Gabriel and his management team were extremely resilient and seamlessly fixed the problems at hand. Gabriel's level of customer service was not only professional, but of true concern for my satisfaction. Originally I had gone to BMW in Freeport to look at cars and got some options but that was where their customer service began and ended. So I was directed to Rally from a friend who had recently purchased his car from your location and informed my of Westbury excellent customer service. With this being my very first time buying a car and especially as a female, I was absolutely clueless and of course had 10 million questions. G.Hale was beyond patient, calm and communicated me with me on a consistent basis where I didn't feel I was being put off or aggravating him. He found me the car that represents who I am and that I LOVE. Three weeks later he still has called to check and ensure that things are running smooth and that I am still a happy buyer. We were greeted immediately upon our arrival by a very friendly young lady at the front desk. She asked if we needed help and I asked for Samantha Roberts. Samantha came down in a very timely fashion and got right down to what we were looking for. She walked us around to different cars and assured us that she would put us with the best salesman she know and she definitely did. Brian Cano was professional, courteous and really listened to my sister. I wouldn't recommend any other BMW dealership. I GIVE THEM a 10!!!!!!! More

I have been at other BMW dealerships, and Benz with my previous vehicle, and Rallye BMW, at Westbury, tops them all under all key aspects, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind - true professionalism brought to the next level. I would like to, specially, thank my BMW i3 sales representative, Robert Chae, who took care of me through out the whole buying process, making it, in every aspect, a very enjoyable and worry free experience. Robert answered questions that were lingering in my mind about the car, he helped arranged for a loaner so I could test drive the car for the weekend, and he ensured, once I was ready, that the buying process would be flawless and smooth (he even arranged for another loaner while I was waiting for my car to be prepped). I would also like to thank: Jaclyn Florio who made possible arranging for a BMW i3 REX loaner with very short notice on my part, and helped me, even further, by extending the loaner for an extra day, due to lack of time to complete my evaluation within the loaner's time frame. John Valencia, whom assisted on preparing the loaner, spent time helping me understand how to operate the car, this helped tremendously and ensured a great driving experience - free of frustrations and unanticipated surprises, specially when dealing with a new set of hardware. I would also like to thank the reception front desk staff, because they really are the first face one meets when entering the establishment: they were most welcoming, attentive, and warm - exceptional in every way.
