Polite and Courteous Service Arriving on my scheduled time, I was greeted by my service representative James DelVecchio. He quickly inquired for the reason of my visit. No sooner Arriving on my scheduled time, I was greeted by my service representative James DelVecchio. He quickly inquired for the reason of my visit. No sooner did I describe the concerns I had, he also mentioned that the car software needed to be updated. He quickly worked on the paper work and inquired if I needed a loaner car, which I did not. Later that afternoon I received a call that the car was ready. In picking up the car, it had been washed and cleaned. From the moment I dropped the car off to the young gentleman who brought me my car, the staff and service was commendable. Thank you. More

Joel Sobin as usual took care of all the details and the car was perfect. The price was excellent and Joel Sobin made sure that the features and all the new technology in the car was explained to me. The package I got from Rallye had everything I wanted in the car. I even came back for an “encore” follow up on all the features. Tim took over an hour answering all my questions and explaining all the new features in the new 540i. The technology and safety features are amazing and I’m excited about driving this car.
