I tried to schedule an oil change and i was declined because i was "blocked" by Matthew Carlson... instead of answering a customers phone call he doesnt wanna answer at all.. also will tell bmw usa of north america lies about customers that they dont bring back loaners and theyre nasty with the advisors which i completely wasnt at all. okay, the loaners were brought back the next day or until my car was finished. wont come back to this dealership ever again. Unprofessionalism of the service manager what a shame for a big name More

The process was simple and we were in daily contact with Hasan (our salesman) and the finance manager until we picked up the car that weekend - after returning our lease car to a different dealership. Professional Experience I am a busy person who travels so time is precious when I am home. I walked in and met Pierre and he quickly helped me focus on my options and budget. We drove a few cars and he knew by by feedback what I was really looking for. After visiting a couple of dealers I called him back and we struck a fair deal. Three e-mails later I was picking up my car. The transaction was quick, clean, no haggling, no surprises. The staff who trained me on my vehicle at the delivery was also fantastic. The overall experience was what you would expect it to be when purchasing a luxury car. I highly recommend Pierre to anyone who appreciates great follow-up and follow-through. More
