By far the ultimate balance between professional and friendly! I spent months searching in and out for that ultimate BMW experience as far as a sales person and dealership goes, and Rallye BMW along wit friendly! I walked into the dealership and was quickly greeted by the front desk associate, and within minutes Gabe walked over and began what I'd like to call the easiest and quickest auto purchase. His efficiency and capability to grasp what a customer wants so quickly was very comforting and refreshing after months of hitting a brick wall for so long. Another associate who I did not find on the list whom was equally as helpful and vital in my decision making process was Pavlo. He was just as helpful and knowledgeable from the same day I met Gabe, walking me through every single feature and option of my vehicle with such patience as I as I went through and learned the ins and outs about the car with him after my purchase. He sat with me for nearly two hours showing me everything about the car that I never would have known existed! Just leased a BMW 535 from Rallye BMW and worked with Shane Pitta and Rich DeAngelo (sales manager). It was a great experience on several fronts. Shane is not your typical car salesperson, he actually Shane Pitta and Rich DeAngelo (sales manager). It was a great experience on several fronts. Shane is not your typical car salesperson, he actually takes an interest, by spending as much time as you need to answer questions and concerns. I found him to be extremely honest and put the customer first rather than make a sale at any cost. There was no hard sale . He was extremely knowledgeable about the car. When the car needs servicing, Shane wants me to contact him, rather than the service department, in order to expedite the process. Shane is fairly new to the business (1.5 years); but you can tell he's building up a client base quickly When it came to negotiating the price of the car, Rich stepped in and gave me the most competitive price (there was no haggling over price). His philosophy is that I will be back and will recommend friends to both Shane and Rich and he's right. Finally, Rallye BMW is quite impressive. The showroom is beautiful with every possible amenity you could think of. After leasing the car they had a technician spend 40 minutes with me going over the features of the car, particularly the Idrive which is new to me. An all around great experience, in terms of quality of the dealership, working with Shane and Rich and the price paid for the car. More
