Perfect in every way I was overdue for service. Was greeted by 3 service specialists. Chy was my service specialist. How wonderful he was. Addressed one concern I had as I was overdue for service. Was greeted by 3 service specialists. Chy was my service specialist. How wonderful he was. Addressed one concern I had as if it was the most important detail of his day to remedy this tiny noise I had mentioned. Loaner was amazing clean and perfect. Chy asked the person who helped with loaner to take extra good care of me. Chu showed photos of wife and daughters and we chatted a bit. He called later to provide update. I was a little bit busy but he didn't let it phase him. Just said all okay and I would need to wait til tomorrow. I did, and then the following day he called and was fine with me coming late in day to switch cars. When I came in at 7:45 pm, my car was sparkling and the people that greeted me had energy and smiles you only hope for in the morning, not at the end of the day! Thank you, service here is remarkable. I'd like to bring my team to visit and witness the level of Service provided by your service team. More
