Waste of money and time My car went in with a misfire at the end of february and was diagnosed that the DISA valve was the issue after having a plethora of parts replaced und My car went in with a misfire at the end of february and was diagnosed that the DISA valve was the issue after having a plethora of parts replaced under the SULEV warranty. I got the DISA valve replaced at my shop and still had a misfire...turns out BMW swapped my O2 sensors mistakenly...we switched them back and still I had a misfire, so naturally I brought it back to Ralley. THIS TIME(2nd) they said it was the valve cover that had been cracked and is causing the misfire...they offered me discount on the labor and part since it was "missed" the first time and I went through with the very COSTLY repair. Picked up the car after Bret, my service advisor, said it was READY and repaired... still had a CEL and misfire...Now extremely frustrated I brought the car back the next day for a THIRD time and a few days later they told me after doing a compression test I have low compression in 3 cylinders and need a new engine and also had a faulty starter. I took the car back from Ralley mid march and went to my shop because this seemed very incorrect since I got 3 different diagnostic results every time I went back. My shop did a leak down test, a compression test and checked the cylinders/intake, everything was good, had good compression through all cylinders and cleaned the intake out to fix the misfire, now there is no CEL or misfire and the car is running 100% again. Ralley does not perform good/thorough service and I most likely will never be back. Seems like all they were interested in was making money off me, which is very upsetting. How does an engine go from "needing to be replaced" to perfectly fine after my shop actually does the tests that were said to be performed and gets different results... absolutely ridiculous. More

Chris Blanco the Service Manager truly went above and beyond the call of duty in taking the car in, and having it fixed. 540i Fixed I contacted Rallye via email early on Monday morning after blowing out my front left tire and a service person got back to me right away. After havin I contacted Rallye via email early on Monday morning after blowing out my front left tire and a service person got back to me right away. After having my car towed to the dealership Chris, the service manager, was quick to respond and made sure to get my tire replaced within the day. The dealership was operating on a Skelton crew due to the pandemic and were still able to maintain excellent communication and customer service. Thank you Rallye! More

Because of the covid 19 situation things had to be handled a bit differently and it seemed unclear when i might get the X3 back but they were able to get it in, diagnose the issue and get me the car back by the end of the day which was great, also providing me with a Lyft ride home and back. It was covered under warranty except for the state inspection renewal which was great. More
Purchased a certified X5 car that has a problem with the front radiator support. There is rust and corrosion forming On top of the radiator support. car should’ve never passed the certification process I wa front radiator support. There is rust and corrosion forming On top of the radiator support. car should’ve never passed the certification process I was told by the dealer and a service factory rep needed to look at the car to get it fixed under warranty. so I took the car home and I am still waiting for a call from the dealer to let me know when the factory rep can come to the dealer to look at the vehicle. car was purchased in December of last year and it still under the factory warranty the situation needs to be corrected before the factory warranty runs out. This problem should have been seen and corrected before the car was certified. I think the multipoint inspection in this case failed and now I’m stuck with the problem. The dealership doesn’t seem to care about how unhappy I am with the vehicle problem and still to this day has not called me to try and rectify the situation. Will never recommend or buy another vehicle from them at this point. More

When I pulled into the service station, it was very clean and staff were all trained to make everyone feel like the space was safe. Chris Blanco I am not surprised at all is management level. He met me and understood my emergency needs and authorized work to replace my tire immediately as I did not have time to wait for the next day service. I was in an out within an hour and have nothing but the highest praises to sing for Chris's assistance and seeing to me getting out as soon as possible. More
Everything was good I got loaner car and left. I advised them Ithat I was working and there was no way I can go back Chris was keep saying he needs loaner car back. Some how I got day off and went next day to pick up my car was fixed and washed. I drove away approx 10 minutes later I noticed that voice command and navigation wasn’t working. I drove back and Emily was not to happy to see me. I felt unwelcome but didn’t have any choice. She called me few days later once and I wasn’t able to answer phone but she Left voice mail but didn’t bother to left me know that my car was ready or not and she didn’t bother to call me back More
