Lost Car After receiving a call at approx. 1 pm that my car was ready I arrived at the dealership at 4 pm to find out that my car wasn't ready and no one coul After receiving a call at approx. 1 pm that my car was ready I arrived at the dealership at 4 pm to find out that my car wasn't ready and no one could locate it for 45 minutes . some people were willing to help and some people couldn't care less. I expressed some additional concerns which were also addressed and repaired under the warranty without additional expense from me. This was a nice bonus. They were quite transparent about what was needed. No hidden costs. I have to apologize to my service consultant because I do not remember his name, but he was very good. More
